Combating corruption in the educational sphere: Ukrainian experience

Based on expert estimates, 17% of corrupt practices are committed in this area, and the authors identify leading causes corruption educational sphere. The objective is non-recognition teachers lecturers as subjects criminal offenses, low level labor expense, inventory, logistics management discrepancy institutions different groups with modern methods. Subjective reasons include mutual “benefit” to all participants process; disenchantment profession due burnout; certain aspects mentality; sense impunity for blackmailing offenses receiving gifts. Regarding scientific research methods, their branched complex multilevel structure proposed: philosophical, empirical research, methods theoretical cognition: general logical specific principal means combat sphere preventive increasing expense academic sphere; improving inventory at levels regions; avoiding process anti-corruption (criminalization teaching research-pedagogical staff commission offense).
